Why did you go on it? Was it self-instituted or initiated by a doctor or naturopath? What diet did you follow? What were the hardest parts? What were the best parts?

The short of it is, I've really struggled with my health this past year. I have seen a really good doctor but have suddenly begun having very pronounced and uncomfortable digestive issues and I know that much of it is my lack of gut beneficial foods and a few recurring lazy food choices. Any advice is welcome!
