There are things that are super awesome about my job, it's very stimulating and I get to work with incredibly smart people. At the same time, those same features can also make it very intense and stressful, because the work is really challenging and demanding, and it's highly competitive since tons of people would like to have the job thanks to the great features. Overall I am very, very glad I have it, but it definitely has its moments. As you get more experienced, there's more security and it's much easier to strike a work-life balance, but I'm still working towards that.

I'm at tolerate it. Unfortunately. I'm good at what I do and it is satisfying however the company I work for has the mentality of over working and under staffing their offices. It's really absurd and sad. My problem is that I've pigeon holed myself bc I've been there for so.many years that I have lots of time off, a high salary and flexibility That I'll never get if I leave. So I'm trying to just suck it up, collect my paycheck and look towards retirement!!
