I love to shop at Loft and Target for those pieces. Loft for dresses and pants, Target for tees and skirts.

I've never found a pair of dress slacks that I loved, so I can't help you there. But for affordable office business casual tops, my go to's have always been Target, Gap/Old Navy, and the Limited. And the sale racks at Von Maur.

I love Calvin Klein and Nine West professional dresses, which you can find at Macy, Bon-Ton and similar stores. Those places always have coupons too, which helps.
I also like Nordstrom Rack, although they are totally hit or miss for me. Loft is solid and has lots of sales. Don’t forget places like Ross, Marshalls and TJ Maxx. You can dress up a lot of casual summery dresses with nicer cardigans too, especially if you need to get to business casual vs. business professional.

They have free shipping and send you 5 items based on your style. If you don't like anything you send it back for free. Although, the pieces are a bit on the pricier side. I've enjoyed it so far!

Express columnist and editor pants are amazeballs. I do ASOS, Zara and Loft for everything else.

Before I got pregnant, my wardrobe was almost all purchased at the Loft. If you're not in a pinch and can wait a bit, they often have 40% off everything sales on their website, so I would usually wait for those to buy.

Another Stitch Fix fan! Their price point can be a little high but they definitely have some reasonably priced things - and you can set the price limit you'd like to pay. I got a couple cute shirts from them that I get compliments on all the time. And I love the whole concept - they send you a box of stuff, you try it on at home with the clothes you already own, keep what you like, and return the rest. Perfect for busy mamas.

Loft, BR, and Macy's. Don't underestimate what a shoe, watch, necklace, and your hairstyle can do to make you look pulled together and more business like.

I just revamped my work wardrobe for my return to work in a few weeks and I bought a lot of stuff from the Limited. I normally like BR but they didn't really have much right now.

I also get cute work blouses a lot of times from Jane.com. There were actually some tunic/dresses that I bought while I was pregnant (non-maternity) that I wore the crap out of and they really held up even though everything on there is pretty cheap!
