DH and I recently relocated from out of state and I have been looking at houses while he is at work.

This past week, I found a house that we love.

I looked at it with our real estate agent first and really liked it, but was unsure about the location (its in an area everyone we know here recommended we look at, but I don't have much experience there myself - not that I have much experience anywhere!)

So DH and I drove by the area so I could show him the town/neighborhood, check the distance to the local stores and to see what his commute time would be. We drove by the house but didn't have a showing.

Then, DH, the real estate agent and I went back to the house again for a showing.

We are prepared to put in an offer, but I have two questions first.

Do you think seeing it twice is enough? How many times did you look at your house when you were buying?

Also - I have a dining room table that I love, and I want to be sure it fits. Can I ask my agent to ask their agent the dimensions of that room just to be sure? Or is that weird?
