What did you do to stay full? Tomorrow will mark 14 days of my second attempt at a Whole30. The first time I tried I got a nasty stomach bug 5 days in and couldn't hang while I was vomiting. I really don't want to give up this time but geez, I'm STARVING and it's not for lack of eating. For example, for dinner I had 12 chicken and pineapple meatballs, an entire bag of steam able broccoli, half a bag of steamed green beans, a banana, 2 spoons of coconut butter, a small sweet potato (size of my fist), and some raspberries. I average about 200 ounces of water a day so I know it couldn't possibly be thirst. Any suggestions?
