@thisisme: that's great that you don't feel anything! I think I've read that a smooth transfer can lead to higher success rates. And yay to 4 frozen embryos! That's fantastic.

Got my tentative timeline. DH still needs to do his SA sometime this week, but here are my details so far.
My office gave me different dates but I think AF will be later based off of past cycles. Dates below are 'my' dates, not what the IVF coord gave me. They think AF will arrive 3/17. I think it will come 3/21 ish.
3/21- Day 1- Start BCPs.
4/13- Stop BCP.
4/15- Suppression check. Ultrasound & blood draw
4/17- Day 1 of ART cycle- FSH + mini HCG, 20 IU injections
4/21- Day 5 of ART- frequent blood draws and ultrasounds
4/XX- When follicles reach 14mm, start Ganirelix/Cetrotide shot(s)
4/26- HCG trigger shot
4/28- Day 11 of ART
4/29-Day 12 of ART- Egg retrieval
5/2- Day 15 (or Day 17) of ART- Embryo transfer
5/13- POAS!! -

Hi ladies! Even though I don't get to post on HB much at the moment, I wanted to share my news as it always cheered me up to read about BFPs from long-term TTCers while I was in the midst of all my cycles. Got my first-ever BFP on Monday, then a positive beta today of 421!
I know it could still go away, but for now, we're celebrating! It's been a very long journey to get here!

Hurrah - just found out all 6 of our embryos are still alive and doing great. Transfer scheduled for tomorrow!

@ShayNanigans: that's great! Do they give you a cell count or anything? That was one thing that annoyed me about my cycle last time... they just said that we still had enough embryos to wait til day 5, but didn't give me any information about how they were doing. I got all that info after the fact, but it would have been nice to know how far along they were when they called to check in. Good luck tomorrow!

@Shutterbug: I am not sure! I asked her if they were looking good, and she said they were all looking "great" and doing exactly what they are supposed to do on day 4 (compacting.) She seemed chipper about it, so I will take that as a good sign, I guess!

@twodoghouse: We have to wait until our appointment tomorrow to decide for sure, but we are leaning hard towards two. We really want two kids, and I can't imagine having to go through all of this again!

@ShayNanigans: We waited for the day-of to hear our doctor's recommendation, but we strongly preferred transferring two. Luckily that's what the dr. wanted to do so we transferred two and now we're having twins!

Wow, transfer is nutso!! It was so cool to see the embryos on the monitor. All went great... will see what happens!

@thisisme: yes!! That part was so funny. We went with two, on the advice of the doctors (and we're ok with twins.) scary and exciting, all at the same time!
