Can't believe I'm first lol! What a crazy day.
Introducing Ayla! Born on June 6 at 1225pm at 35w3d. She is a tiny peanut at 4lb9oz and so needs a bit of help from the NICU but hopefully it will be a short stay

Things grumbled along slowly from 2-4cm and then 4-10 in less than an hour with only 8min of pushing!
Will update with pics soon!

Thanks everyone!!!
We are all still trucking along - I'm trying not to get too discouraged as ayla had to get an ng tube placed for feeds and has yet to take anything by mouth she is also still really struggling with her temperature modulation. Thankfully no breathing problems though, so looking at the bright side! I know it could be a lot worse but it's still kind of hard to not be with my baby

@fuzzypeaches: ahh she is super cute! What a little dolly. I'm sure she'll be feeding orally in no time. Maybe focus on trying to get her to latch if she's not interested in taking a bottle??

Thankfully the nurses are all super-amazing and encouraging, I don't know how you do what you do!!

@fuzzypeaches: what hospital did you deliver at?

I'm glad all the nurses are being nice to you I'm sure it won't take her long to figure out the feeding thing. I'm sure they've already told you this but it's like one day they just figure it out and never look back. She's a tiny peanut!!

Thanks everyone! Your support means so much to me! She had a good night, and I slept too which means everything is feeling a bit less stressful and I'm feeling less crazy. I know she will get the hang of things if we give her time... Thankfully all the bad things so far have been ruled out and the Dr is feeling confident that she's just small as opposed to something else being wrong.

They are discharging me today!

Now the real question is... Which baby will join us next??? Hopefully not for a few weeks at least anyone have any signs??
