So we are staying at a resort but the restaurant is between owners and closed. So we are going to be cooking more than expected since we don't want to drive in heavy snow after dark. Another curve ball- we only have a mini fridge and 2 burner stove and no oven in the unit. We could bring a croc pot if needed. I'll take breakfast ideas but am mostly looking for stove top dinners with pantry or fresh mostly non refrigerated items.

So far- Spaghetti.

I don't eat chicken.
