Is there such a thing as a good meal replacement shake? I've been trying to plan all of our meals in order to be healthy and cost effective and breakfast has always been difficult. I really am looking for something that I can drink on my way to work as I spend the entire morning getting my kids ready and out the door. I'm just looking for easy here and something that will keep me full until lunch. I've done the whole make eggs in advance and reheat but I can't eat a lot of eggs (mild intolerance) and any time I've made my own smoothies, I'm ravenous within an hour or two. Suggestions? Honestly, I feel like all I do is food prep and it's getting exhausting.
