I know we've all had our blood drawn a million times, between TTC, IF, pregnancy, etc, so I thought this would be a good place to ask.

Last week I had my blood drawn and when she jabbed the needle in (faster/harder than normal, if felt like) I felt this electric shock feeling go from the spot she put the needle all the way down to my finger. I thought it was ok, but then about 3 days later it started hurting when I bent my elbow, and part of my forearm feels numb on and off now. I think she hit a nerve, but I don't know how big a deal to make of this. Will it go away?

Today's my first day working since it started hurting, and my wrist is killing me. Should I tell my doctor? Has this ever happened to anyone?
