Anyone else not getting emails when they receive a reply? i checked my profile and i'm supposed to be getting them! I was getting them as of friday!
ETA: interesting as I just found a bunch in my spam even though none had gone there before! any HB emails went to spam starting yesterday.

@StrawberryBee: @rsp213: yep, gmail! i just went to my gmail via web and clicked not spam as well as adding the HB email to my address book via my mail app. but i have never had to do that before. not sure if that will fix it!

I'm a gmail user and mine are all in spam since Friday, too! Ha I was wondering why I wasn't getting them.

maybe it has something to do with the update that took place on friday? it probably has nothing to do with it but just throwing that out there...

@jmarionsmith: Yup you're right!
Our webhost didn't properly configure some settings when our webserver was moved, and so Google has been flagging a portion of our emails as spam since Friday night. We're working on some fixes on our end.... in the meantime, if everyone could flag our messages as Not Spam, that may help things a bit!

I haven't been getting replies since Friday night...thought it was just me..
Eta I use outlook and I set the not-spam option and they were still going to spam.. I had to add hellobee to my contacts list, I hope that will take care of it..

Are we supposed to check "opt out", or uncheck it to receive email notification? I haven't been getting any today, either.

Noticed this yesterday and found them in my spam... I put them back in my inbox and I've been getting them since doing that.

@deerylou: to get the email notifications, you should leave the opt out checkbox unchecked…
