I'm getting emails if someone posts to a thread I'm subscribed to, but not if they reply directly to me. I haven't messed with my settings or anything.

@Torchwood: Maybe look in your spam folder? Let me know if they're in there!

@Cherrybee: the opt out setting for your account has been activated, perhaps by an inadvertent click! You can opt back into reply notifications here:

woah. I just checked my spam and they are all in there. Why did this happen, it's never been a problem before?

Actually same issue here. I realized that people directly replied to me on 2 blog posts, and I didn't get any notification. I checked spam just now, and those 2 notifications are there. This hasn't happened before.

@.twist.: getting emails consistently delivered is a tricky thing, and subject to the whims of Google, Yahoo, Hotmail, AOL, etc. We'll look into these reports and see if there's something we can do to address the issue!
In the meantime, I'll write a separate thread about how to ensure Hellobee emails always get delivered!

I was having this issue, too. I happened to check my Spam folder and there were quite a few HB emails. I just added them to my inbox and now am getting notifications again. @mrbee: I thought it happened for me because my Gold had expired (that's the time I noticed it).

@mrbee: Not sure if this is the case for the sudden increase, but I work with email programs for my job, if people mark the notifications as "spam" and enough do it, it can affect everyone's emails. I would make a note to say "if you want to no longer receive notifications please unsubscribe do not click "spam" as it affected everyone." We notice this being a huge problem for Gmail and Yahoo!.

@mrsjazz: Yah dragging the emails to inbox should help!
And no connection to Gold... email notifications are just subject to the many whimsical decisions of third parties like Gmail!!

Same here! It started happening about 2 days ago, and found they were going to my Gmail spam. @LuLu Mom: I feel like this is probably what happened, because I've never had this issue before. I just added the email to my contacts/said to send them to my inbox from now on and they've been appearing properly ever since.
