You've always been able to opt out of getting email alerts when someone posts to your wall or @replies to you:

We did some debugging yesterday and fixed up some bugs with it... before optouts weren't always working.

Anyway, as a result: if you've recently stopped getting your replies and are wondering what's changed, please check that you haven't opted out!
