DD is 27 months old and has been waking up at 5:00 am or earlier for over a year now. She has random days where she'll sleep to a more normal hour but pretty much is always up by 5:30 am. We have white noise, black our curtains (not that the sun is up at that hour) and they don't seem to help. She takes a nap midday usually 2-2.5 hours because she's so freaking tired and is in bed by 7:30-8. I've tried pushing her bedtime up but it's tough with a 3 month old to get her down any earlier and she constantly tells me she's tired and sometimes will fall asleep by 10 am.

So I've given up and just live with it but I'm starting to think she honestly doesn't know it's not morning and that she should/could still be sleeping. Do you think the okay to wake clock would help? Has anyone used it? I always find these random/expensive baby things that I think will magically improve things and I just want to make sure I'm not just falling into that trap again. I'm such a marketers dream 😂
