They are $60 or $120. Pretty pricey. Just curious if it really works.
Oh, it is a daily deal on Amazon. I think 33% off today.

I don't have one at home, but we used one in a hotel once and it was great!! But the hotel room also had no windows so it made a huge difference. I never got one for home cause most the time it's bright when we get up anyways so I didn't see the point of paying for it when we had natural light... but for those few winter days and day light savings days I could see it being really nice to have.

Yes, I've been using one for about 5 years now. Mine lights up gradually starting around 20 min before the alarm goes off, and the alarm itself is just birds chirping. It has made so much difference for me, especially in the winter. I used to hate waking up in the dark to a noisy buzzer. In the summer, the light doesn't work as well to wake me but the birds are still nicer than a buzzer. It was pricey but has been worth it to me.

We have one, and DH just ignores it. Doesn't work for him and just annoys me. Eventually it got unplugged, and he hasn't plugged it back in ever since. We bought it for $70 last year.

Yes, and it made my life so much better. I find it so so so much easier to get up at 5 when I'm not waking up to a pitch dark room. Like Catlady, mine lights up slowly over about a half hour - half the time I wake up on my own during that time. I had to stop using the birds as the alarm, though, because while I really liked it in the winter it was a problem on summer weekends - the birds would start chirping outside at 5am and my brain would go "oh, time to wake up!"

Same as @catlady. I LOVED waking up with the light and birds chirping, especially in winter. But I haven't used it since DS was born.
