After taking DD's Christmas pictures, I realized how much work it was to get a good shot of a my little mover. My SIL just got a new lens for her camera and has a lot more experience with her camera than I do. So while she was in town, I had her help me take DD's cake smash pictures.
She was more interested in the balloons than the cake, but I still liked the way it turned out.

@BabyBoecksMom: yes, bittersweet- I can't believe how much fun he is now! I didn't realize how boring he was as a baby until recently....sounds bad, but he just keeps getting funner and funner!

@BabyBoecksMom: so cute! I love her tutu! What did you use for the background? I've been trying to find seamless paper (as my google searches suggest) but am having a hard time.

@Mrsjets: I actually taped a white blanket to my cabinets and covered that with a cheap white plastic tablecloth and then I did the same to the floor. It looked bad until I added the decorations in the background.
