So, after two years of symptoms, bloodwork, cysts on ovaries, and the whole 9 yards, I finally got a PCOS diagnosis today. It's kind of bittersweet. I don't want to have a medical condition, but it's nice to know what is going on. I workout 5x a week with a pure barre membership, and a treadmill. I already have overhelauled my eating, and will continue to cut carbs. But, I need to do more cardio. I know everyone is different, I'm just curious what works for others. How often do you workout, what's your exercise of choice, and does it help you keep your symptoms in check?
