I started doing Soul Cycle this month. I've been to three classes so far, about one a week. I am 14 DPO today with a BFP since 11DPO.

All the reading I am doing on exercising while in the first trimester says you can keep exercising "if you did it before pregnancy." Does this mean I should be doing something less intense than Soul Cycle? I love it and really want to continue! But it's a really intense workout for me.
