I'm planning on making turkey meatloaf for dinner tonight and found a ton of recipes online, but not sure which one to choose. Does anyone have a tried and true recipe they use? Thanks!

I do a riff on the Barefoot Contessa's recipe. I sauté 1/2 cup of minced onion, then add 1/2 teaspoon of thyme, 1/4 cup of ketchup and 3 tablespoons of Worchestershire sauce until it's a thick jam consistency. I add to a package of ground turkey with 1/3 of a cup of breadcrumbs and an egg and some ground pepper and a pinch of salt. Form into a loaf, slather the top with a bunch of ketchup and bake for 40 minutes at 375F.

This is the best meatloaf I've ever had. It's so moist!

I always add an egg to the ground turkey, and eye sauteed onion, barbecue or A1 sauce, and breadcrumbs. As long as it is plenty moist in the bowl, it doesn't dry out in the oven.

I use this one, but topped with BBQ sauce instead of tomato sauce: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ellie-krieger/moms-turkey-meatloaf-recipe.html
