My daughter is 8.5 months old and just now my hair has decided become unmanageable! DD has been loving her solids and has dropped some of her quicker nursing sessions so I am guessing my hormones are reacting? I lose a crazy amount of hair everyday and it is super oily only at the roots and the initial two inches or so. Yuck! Is this normal? Any suggestions?

I don't have any suggestions, but I can commiserate! My baby will be 8 months tomorrow, and although the hair loss has finally slowed down, my hair is still so oily! I wash it frequently with clarifying shampoo, and that seems to help a little.

I like that 0% dry shampoo spray from Herbal Essences! I cut over a foot of my hair off when I had T and am rolling with curly hair in the meantime, so the gel hides the grease...

Just commiserating. While my hair stopped falling out in clumps by like 6 months, now at 10 months the baby hair is outta control! I got my period back too, but my hair is just not the same!

Mine started falling out in clumps and fistfuls around 3 months PP. So I chopped over 10 inches off!

At 12 months, my hair is a hot mess. All these baby hairs are growing back and sticking up in crazy ways. Ugh...
