On the weekends, I'm on my feet for 12+ hours working at our shop so my chiropractor recommended that I get a pregnancy support belt so help lessen my shoulder and back pain. Can you please tell me which pregnancy support belt you have or have heard good things about? Thanks ladies!!

I recently ordered this one, and though I haven't used it, I tried it on and it is comfortable and seems to make a difference.

I was looking for it for running and the gym and it was recommended on some runners forums. If you order, check the size chart - I wore a size 6 pre-maternity and needed the large. I would have guessed a medium for myself.

and it has been exceptional for helping me. it has made a huge difference. I wore a 10 pre-preg and ordered a medium. It's very adjustable and I liked that it had two options for wearing. I found it more supportive to have one band high and one band low. At 36 weeks, I want both bands low so that I don't have to pee every 5 minutes at the gym, though.
Doc also recommended it for ligament pain, which it helped a TON with!

I second the Gabriella! I work in an OBGYN hospital and one of my coworkers gave it to me... We give them to a lot of our patients! It has been a godsend! I was a size 4 pre-pregnancy and the size medium fits great.
