I think I know the answer but want to crowdsource my thought...
LO had bad naps yesterday. Which led to a bad night of sleep and a VERY cranky tired baby this morning. And then 2 craptastic naps after that. (Restless and early waking).
I finally (finally!) got her down for a good deep sleeping nap and she's been going for 2 hrs 40 min. I'm inclined to just let her sleep as long as she wants (or like... up to 4 hrs?) so we can break the overtired cycle. But I've never let her sleep more than 3 hrs during the day before so I'm nervous about it messing with night time sleep.
She's 4 mo btw.
With any luck, the extra sleep will lead to better night sleep!
My kids always wake up if they get hungry and longb naps are usually their way of making up for bad sleep some other time (like for the last month).
