The CMGT is still a pretty small stroller. I don't know that you'd gain that much with an umbrella.

I love my gluxe but if I were in the market now I'd get a Nano.

I have a mountain buggy nano that lives in my car. It folds up so small and is super easy to carry. Reclines pretty far and as far as lightweight strollers go, it's pretty good. Opening t up is super easy and you can do it one handed holding a baby.

Some negatives- you need two hands to fold (true of almost all of them though- I buckle the baby into her sat seat then fold the stroller). Sun shade is ok but UB is better. Not super tall- I'm 5'7" and I think if I was any taller it would feel too short. It's not as smooth a ride as my UB vista but wasaay easier to have in the car. And more expensive than many (but on par with UB).

Another bonus, if you ever have another baby, you can clip an infant car seat into it without adapters (basically you buckle it like a seatbelt).

Our nano is great. Super small and easy to travel with. We've used it with our infant seat with baby in it (maxi cosi mico) and our combo cocorro for carrying without the baby.

I second the Summer stroller. I got one when we went on vacation. It was great and I use it all the time now.

I have the GLuxe and it's just okay. It doesn't stand up on its own (but it will lean against things). And the shoulder strap is way too small. The wheels are typical umbrella stroller (meaning they're plastic and good on sidewalk but not great for anything else).

I do like the extra large sunshade and it does fold fairly small. I can't easily take it down steps while also helping the toddler down the stairs. Before I was pregnant I'd strap her in and just carry her in the stroller down the stairs, but now my belly gets in the way. And I feel like the crotch part of the harness is too close to the back of the seat. I have a hard time buckling my toddler (she's a tall 18 month old).

But I have an older model so I don't know if any features have changed. Maybe see if there's a store around you that has them to try.

The seat is nice but my kid doesn't take stroller naps so I can't really speak to the ease of reclining it.

We love our Mountain Buggy Nano.

We have the Uppababy and I like the recline and the shade, and that it stands up on its own when folded. However I feel like it's most upright position is still too reclined - my son was always trying to sit up in it to look around. Also we haven't used it that often but the front wheel has developed a really annoying squeak. I don't know if it's worth the price.

Another nano vote. I like the basket and push better than the gluxe. If you travel a lot I like that it has a cover, fits in the overhead bin and you can fit a few convertible car seats in it and buckle them in safely (cosco scenera is the one we have.) The sunshade thing does bug me, I wish they'd find a way to fix it but it's not a deal breaker for me.

I have the summer one like Mrs. Pickle. I love in a city but bought it for a trip to Europe and it was perfect. It now lives in my trunk and has been handy on lots of occasions. The city mini is our go to around town stroller but I love having the summer.

We have a gluxe and have no complaints. Still going strong after two rough boys.

I had the gluxe for a year. It was ok. I ended up selling it for a baby jogger tour. Here's why:
Gluxe fold was still huge while slim, it took up most of the floor space of our trunk awkwardly. The two handed fold with the trigger was awkward. I couldn't steer it with one hand (this was a big minus). The seat was just ok. Not super supportive and her legs dangle. She was always leaning
Why I like the tour:
Price. It's like 159 on sale. Fold: one handed fold...sooo easy. Unfolding is a little more clunky but fine. It can fit in the overhead of an airplane which is awesome. No more waiting for gate checked stuff. The seat is a little shallow but we have a tall skinny 22 month old and she's totally fine. Great sunshade and great recline. Basket is as good as my gluxe. I hang two think king hooks down low on it and I can hang my diaper bag off it
The Yo-Yo is supposed to be really nice but I didn't see why I needed to spend another $300 for essentially a car and travel stroller. We live in a major city and use/abuse our strollers. I could buy and abuse two tours for less than the price of a Yo-Yo. Maybe if I had needed a small stroller from birth (Yo-Yo has a bassinet option

I have the City Mini GT and the Gluxe. The Gluxe is not much more convenient than the GT. And the GT is so much nicer to push. With the Gluxe, I don't like the small basket or the awkward fold (I always have trouble with it), and it's not that much more compact than the GT. I wish I could have gotten the nano (not available when we got our Gluxe) or the new City Mini stroller that's similar. Or I just wish I got a less expensive umbrella stroller. For me, the Gluxe isn't worth the cost.
