We both got popular names (both in top 5) for a birth year. I think because my parents are immigrants they really wanted us to fit in with Canadian culture.

Both of our names are classic and common, like in the top 50 for the last several decades

My sister and I both have like top 5 names from our birth year. (Why I tried so hard to give my kids names a little more unique!)

There are 5 of us...none of us have popular or trendy names. They're all fairly classic...all of us either have a middle or first name that's biblical.

Well my mom THOUGHT she was being unique but apparently so did every other mom around that time too lol my brothers name is normal. Not super common but not trendy. I think our names go together well.

My brothers have fairly common names, but all of us girls are more uncommon. Not weird or out there but none of them are within the top 100.

We both have popular names for the time. My name is now super 80's. I haven't heard anyone with my name that isn't my age. Lol I don't love it, I don't hate it. It's pretty meh.

My 3 older sisters have American names, although not too common. My younger sister and I ended up with very Asian names that kids loved to make fun of. I wish I had an American name growing up.

I think our names match well -- both Irish to go with our Irish last names. Neither are super common, but mine is definitely more unique. I've never met a person with my name, but most people have heard of it before.

My name is pretty normal, not too unique but I wasn't one of many in my classes growing up. My brother and sister's names rhyme and that always bothered me as a kid (not to mention I was the middle child, so I already had a complex hahaha)!

Our names don't really go well at all! Mine was sort of trendy and peaked in the late 1970s. When I was born, it was already on the decline and in the 100s on the Social Security list. Nobody really uses my name for girls these days. My brother's name is old and traditional, and has been in the top 20 for something like 60 years now.

My name was Top 25 the year I was born - so common I hated it, but it's grown on me and I don't mind it now. I have always loved my sister's name, a classic and beautiful but not too common name.

Both of our names were #1 the years we were born. My brother's is more classic, mine is more trendy.

I'm one of 6 and all of our names are very classic/common English names...except my little sister. She got an 80/90's name! We have a Geoff and a Lisa and a Mary and a Jonathan and an Anne and....Marissa! It's so funny and odd.

I have a top 5 trendy name that no one uses now. My sisters is more top 50 and still around there. My brothers is top 10 and still there.

Um... classic but dated? They are names that you definitely associate with a specific decade or two, but still have long histories. My brother's name was more popular than mine, but my name has been/stayed more popular over time because it is biblical and (I think?) still semi-popular in the Jewish community.

I think our names work together, but are definitely different styles. My name was in the top 50 in the eighties, when I was born, and has done nothing but drop since then. One of my brothers has a very classic, but not overly used name. My other brother has the unusual distinction of having a name was once very rarely used as a boy name and is now a very popular girl name--top 10 for the past 15 years. He pulls it off, but it lends an interesting twist to the sibling name set.
