So before I got pregnant I was about 15 lbs overweight and not excercising at all. The first trimester I was even more of a sloth because I was so tired! Now that I'm in my second tri I'd really like to start doing SOMETHING but I have no clue where to start. My overall goal in general is to just be more fit.
My work has a small gym so I'm hoping to do something there at lunch.
. the biggest thing is to just not get overheated. I made sure to rest between activities and drank a ton of water during the workout session.
