Does anyone have any advice about swaddle weaning? My baby seems to be on the verge or rolling back to front. I thought I'd have at least another month of the swaddle (she's only 15 weeks), but today I put her on her mat and turned my back for a second and when I came back she was on her side almost flipped over!

I've currently switched to the Merlin magic sleep suit. Which is not that magical for me. But she could roll over so well that swaddling just wasn't an option. And she won't sleep at all with loose arms.

We just had to do it. Merlin wasn't magical, but the Zipadeezip was! Worked the first night.

We swaddled past when we should and moved to a Merlin at 5 months, and she immediately STTN. I hear good things about the zippadee

At 11 weeks I started using the zipadee zip for naps and Merlin sleep suit for nights. Transition was very smooth.

another Merlin user here. we actually transitioned out of the swaddle completely for a couple of weeks before putting LO in the merlin. (he was waking too early without the swaddle). the Merlin was magical for us, and I wish I could still use it!!
but to answer your question, I had success using the convertible woombie. We took one arm out, then the other, and he did fine (well besides the early wakeups). It wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. -
Just thought I'd update day two of Merlin sleep suit has gone much better than day one did... And for an arm flailer/ difficult sleeper the zipadee did not work at all for us. I'm hoping to try it again when she's a bit older in hopes that she's a tummy sleeper and that's when her sleep will finally improve!

We didn't stop swaddling until LO could actually roll over when swaddled. The ped actually suggested waiting until then. Probably bought us an extra month. We tried weaning earlier (at the first sign of rolling in general) and he wasn't having any of it. Once he started rolling over we switched to the Merlin and it was pretty seamless. He was soooo much more ready at that point.

She busted out of it this morning, and part of it was over her face (we use the miracle blanket). I think we're going to try the zippidee and the merlin to see what works better for us. I just wish every piece of baby equipment wasn't so pricey, I feel like I'm hemorrhaging money. Also we are so terrified of ruining her wonderful night time sleep... no good day time sleep to ruin so we will probably start there. Thank you for the responses!

We swaddled until... Forever. I didn't want to jeopardize her good night sleep.
