Anyone see it? I didn't love the Chinese defector subplot, but the kidnapping brothers and the Tom/Liz scenes were great!
Plus I love it when Red starts chatting with people about random things, while you're not sure if he's gonna kill them. It's so creepy and so Red. James Spader is so good!

I loved how Red ending up tying the 2 plots together... Usually the case and their own drama are separate.

Basically everything you said, @MrBee! I am so fascinated by Tom's character. I feel like he is so complex--I am really looking forward to seeing what the real scoop with this whole Liz/Tom/Red thing is.
And every time Red starts chatting with people, like you said, I say to my husband "HE'S JUST SO GOOD!"

Who wants to guess what the pics are of? I am guessing Red killing Lizzie's father!
Seriously, I am hooked on Red Reddington. I cannot flipping wait for next Monday! It will make my first day back at work all better.

Meanwhile, I don't think Tom is the good guy... Not that Red is a good guy either. I think Liz is just an important asset that Tom was sent to watch/protect against Red. So of course they will have a secret weapon to turn her against Red if need be.

I wonder if the whole saga goes all the way back to the beginning. Maybe Berlin was behind the murder of Red's family?

@mrbee: I keep thinking about that. Also, they made such a big deal in the first few episodes about Liz's hand and the burn on it. There was some kind of fire in her home if I remember correctly?

Berlin has to be those people! So good that even Red can't get to them all these years. I still wonder if Liz really is his daughter or not, otherwise, what is the deal?! I also wonder who is the #1 blacklister. So many questions!!!

@matador84: the envelope (from the safe deposit box) had a symbol on it... which matches the burn scar on Liz's hand! I think Tom's box had the same symbol.

Omg I am obsessed with this show at the moment. I loved the Liz and Tom scenes. Just imagine if you suddenly discovered your SO was one big lie! Such powerful stuff.

I was a little disappointed by this weeks episode! I do love how the red/Lizzie subplot is unraveling...but there was NO Tom storyline! Next week is the season finale!!

I was happy to see that Red didn't lie to Liz about knowing her father and killing him. Although I don't know if he was totally honest about why he killed Liz's dad... I don't remember that part about her dad wanting to die.

@mrbee: You're so right--them ending up together would be too easy. It has to stay complicated! I think they've actually done a good job of developing Ressler the last few episodes, and I'd like to see that continue.
I don't think Red is EVER totally honest, is he? I'm really ready for the next episode!!

I really want to know who Tom works for and their part in all this (Why is Liz a target??) but I don't think we'll find out yet. I can't believe there's only one more episode! I feel like shows start later, end earlier, and have more empty weeks than they used to
