Based off Mrs. Bee's post, I am going to try to make a meal plan for next week. I've got some extra time this weekend to go shopping and get stuff in order. Here is what I was thinking. Does anyone have any good recipes to make these kid friendly but also healthy?
Monday - Fish with rice and a veggie (maybe signature salmon if its on sale)
Tuesday - ??
Wednesday - Tacos or enchiladas with ground turkey
Thursday - Rotisserie chicken
Friday - Left over chicken on salads for lunch,
Saturday - ??
Sunday - Tuna Noodle Casserole (use leftovers for lunch Monday)
Any suggestions? Whats on your meal plan this week? How many meals do you try to make ahead?
