I had some brief spotting today (11 weeks, 5 days). My dr is on vacation so the nurse suggested we go to the ER if we were nervous.

No heartbeat on the ultrasound.

We are completely devastated... After over 2 years of battling infertility, we had hoped at least the pregnancy part would be easy.

I'm trying to get a D&C scheduled ASAP, I don't want to go another minute like this.... I feel so broken...
