Hi ladies. My water broke at 17w (I believe due to bleeding from 6-16w from a Subchorionic hematoma but no Dr can say for sure). We were told to terminate but we couldn't.

I had 12 weeks of bedrest (7 home, 5 in hospital) before our son was born at 28+6, on June 28 after placental abruption. He passed away July 3rd due to underdeveloped lungs and pulmonary hypertension and a clotting disorder.

I had an emergency classical c section, and my weekly ultrasounds beforehand never showed any cervical or placental issues.

The physical pain from my incision and drying up my milk are constant reminders. We had his funeral this passed Wednesday. It was beautiful. We are going to visit his grave today. Each morning it's hard to get out of bed emotionally, but my husband and I are trying to cope.
