PNP and cosleeping mostly and when they were stuffed up the RNP so they could be elevated.

DD1 co-slept with me because that's the only way she'd sleep. DD2 is 6 weeks, and she's been in the Arms Reach co-sleeper since we brought her home. I like that it attaches to the bed.

We also have a pack n play and a rock and play, and she'll nap in both.

DD slept in a small cradle in our room for 3 weeks then went to her crib in her room. DS slept in bed with me for 6 weeks. I had a rough breech vaginal delivery and it was hard for me to get up or sit. I found it easier to just stay in bed and nurse. He went to his crib in his room at 6 weeks.

We attempted using a bassinet and I think that lasted 2-3 days? None of us were sleeping, at all. Moved her to her crib in her room and she started sleeping 2-3 hour stretches immediately. We were in a small apartment so her room was right next door and we left both doors open and had a monitor. I was perfectly comfortable with the setup. Expecting #2 now and we're in a largish house where the other 2 main floor bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house from ours. Can't decide what we should do for this one.

DD1 was in her crib at night starting at night #3. DD2 slept in her room in the RnP for about two weeks (I slept in there as well), and then in her crib afterward. I slept on the recliner (surprisingly comfy) in DD2's room for about a month. When we had DD1, her room was right next door and I didn't really need the monitor, but DD2's room is farther, and I was uncomfortable being too far away.

Wow, I have high hopes for the RNP! A friend is lending me one and I haven't ever used it before.

R&P by our bed for a few months for DS1 & DS2 - then R&P in their room for a few months. Then crib. DS3 is 3 weeks and in R&P by my bed as well for the foreseeable future.

We bed-shared for the first 3 weeks, then transitioned her to a co-sleeper that attaches to the bed.

This time, I'm too nervous to bed-share. Good experience for us the first time, but we'll all sleep much better and safer with LO2 in the co-sleeper from the beginning.

With both babies, I attempted to get them into a flat surface (PnP for LO1 and bassinet for LO2) from day 1. Unfortunately that didn't work out.

LO1 slept in a RnP for night sleep and swing for naps for a long time.

LO2 co-slept for the first week, then RnP for both night and naps for a few weeks, then in a Snuggle Me in his bassinet, then transition to just the bassinet by around 10 weeks.

Got both in their cribs by around 4.5 months.

She slept in the newborn bassinet of the Pack N Play then moved to the regular bassinet when she outgrew that one. She moved to her own room at about 4 months.

My first slept in the pack n play napper on the floor by the side of our bed for the first 4 months. Then she moved to her crib in her own room. By 1 year she was in our bed, and she's still there at 22 months. Our second is due in September, and we plan to use the pnp napper again, followed by cosleeping.

I liked that the napper was very slightly inclined, so baby felt cozy. But it wasn't so inclined that she had a hard time transitioning to a flat surface. My kid was (and is) a great night sleeper though, so I think she would have slept well wherever we put her.
