I have spent a considerable amount of time researching "healthy eating" and the more I research the more confused I am. With the exception of cutting out added sugar and avoiding processed foods, every other variable seems completely conflicting.

I would love to hear what different people believe about this! Also, if you could explain why you have formed those beliefs that would be helpful! I am currently struggling with the whole Paleo vs. Vegetarian debate...both sides seem so convincing, and both sides seem to have research to back them up...but they are SO different!
