I am curious as to what others do - is it active or quiet?

Ours tends to be:
5:30-6 pm - get home, nurse
6-6:30 pm - play, FaceTime with grandparents, and/or bath
6:30-7 pm - get ready for bed
7 pm - bedtime

I'm wondering if it might help with establishing a good sleep routine if we kept it quieter since there isn't a lot of time between getting home and bedtime?
