I recently watched Forks Over Knives and Fed Up and have become really interested in making some changes to our diet!
What kind of diet do you eat? We are currently eating a pretty typical American diet with a lot of meat, processed foods, and sugar. We need a change for sure!
) and I try not to eat too much sugar. That's not super hard because I don't have a big sweet tooth. I don't cut anything out -- I eat carbs, dairy, grains, meat, etc. although I do mostly eat vegetarian for lunch just because I find it easier to cook. My biggest issue is that we eat out fairly often, and I'd like to get better at staying healthy outside the house. It's tough!
I looked up clean eating the other day because I was curious what all the big hoopla was about! It's pretty impossible to be 100% unless you grow everything yourself! Everything is processed to some degree. Canned beans? Processed. Bagged lettuce? Processed.
