I am at a loss for a protein to send. And can I say that I'm totally ignorant on how much to send? (ETA: DH is away. Homeboy does such a good job with this. that guy.)

E is 13 months old and eats fruit, yogurt, and cheese pretty reliably. But chicken is a total hit or miss. Consequently, he goes with a container of sliced cheese, a container of grapes or strawberries, a greek yogurt, and a sippy of milk. I feel like I'm starving my kid. (We always feed him breakfast at home, and I usually pick him up around 4:30 pm.) So I guess this is lunch and a snack.
