So, I bought DD a Jenny Lind Full sized bed on 11/23. At the time, it was not backordered and estimated shipping was early to mid December. DH and I planned on giving it to her on Christmas.

We live too far away from a LON store so we had to pay for the long distance delivery. One week before Christmas I still hadn't gotten a shipping notification so I called to see what was up. They told me that they were still waiting on parts from the manufacturer to their warehouse and it wouldn't even ship to the warehouse until early January.

Needless to say I was less than thrilled. When I asked about the time I would actually receive it, they said mid-to-late January! I'm so irritated because I've never had anything I've ordered that was in stock at the time to take nearly 1-2 months to receive. So irritated and I probably won't order anything from them again for a long time...I went with them originally because I feel like I've always gotten good customer service!
