I try to do the real ones, but sometimes during an intense group class I have to do them from my knees. I look around my class and usually it's 50/50... and I hate myself for being in the 50% that's doing the "modified pushups"!

My hope is that over the next few months, I can start doing the real pushups all of the time.

When you do pushups, do you do the real ones or do you do them from your knees?
