When you do pushups, do you do the real ones or do you do them from your knees?

    Crossfits philosophy is full range of motion so I do a modified push-up that starts laying down and ends in a full plank. I usually push up to my knees and then straighten them at the end. I do find that my back hurts whe. Doing push-ups so I avoid them often times.

    @freckles : yeah i've seen people do them from full push up position too but same concept. It def helps you get stronger for real push ups

    I start off with normal ones, then get on my knees when I can't do anymore.

    Definitely the ones from the knees. I'm so out of shape, it's not even funny.
