I drank and still drink my morning black tea with milk.

I don't usually drink alcohol except the occasional wine at a dinner party before pregnancy. Now, I don't drink it at all, but I wouldn't judge anyone who wanted to nurse a glass over a few hours while pregnant.

I don't drink pops or sugary drinks of any kind, even before pregnancy. So it's a non-issue.

I'm always about everything in moderation.

I've had raw fish sushi, and it's not a big deal to me.

The only thing I "gave up" to get pregnant, was exercise. I use to do HIIT daily, and it was what prevented me from conceiving actually. So now I do nothing by walk. I may take up prenatal yoga in my second trimester.

Wine until I see a second line Then I won't drink until the baby is out.
I give up coffee once I see the BFP and then stop drinking it until I'm well into the 2nd or 3rd tri.

The only thing I gave up during my pregnancy was alcohol. I cheated and had a glass of champagne at 37.5 weeks. I definitely didn't get up coffee or pop!!

@Ajsmommy: I drank all the things until BFP. Now I still have one coffee a day instead of two and sometimes have a diet ginger ale. I usually just drank water before so that was a pretty easy transition.

I gave up nothing until my BFP. Alcohol is the only thing I give up after. I still will drink coffee but do cut back to half decaf. I still have a coke once in awhile in the afternoon if I am really dragging!

@Shantuck: do you think one soda a day with DOR would keep you from getting a bfp?

@Ajsmommy: I'm definitely not an expert. I was suffering from infertility and repeat miscarriage for nearly a year so I agreed to try this diet that cut out refined flour, sugar and artificial sweeteners. I was told to take an 80/20 approach so I was definitely allowed some splurges. My vices were pizza and ice cream (each of which I'd have once per week) so I picked and chose my cheats. Plenty of people don't have to make major diet changes but it did seem to help me. My RE said I had a 1% chance getting pregnant naturally and I got pregnant twice in 4 months on this diet (first was a miscarriage, second is my current pregnancy). Good luck. Happy to share the diet handout my acupuncturist gave me if you're interested.

Nope. I got super drunk the day before I found out I was pregnant!

I gave up alcohol during each TWW until I got a BFN. Once I got a BFP, I gave up caffeine for the first trimester. After the first trimester I had coffee 1x day or less and Diet Coke only when I had a migraine.

I also gave up cold lunchmeat FWIW (first time mom...).

Consumed anything and everything until bfp. After that only gave up alcohol.

@Ajsmommy: I didn't technically have DOR, but I did have low AMH and repeat losses. I didn't change anything and still got pregnant and stayed pregnant finally.

My BFP was unplanned so I didn't change anything before it happened. I did not give up soda or coffee (in fact a lot of days a coke was the only thing that settled my stomach!). I did give up alcohol.
