I feel like every day is different! But here's an example.
7:30 wake up / breakfast
8:00-10:30 play / walk dog / errands / appointments
Snack around 10
10:30-11:30 nap
11:30 lunch
12-3 errands / play
3:00-4:30 nap
5:00 dinner
7:30 2nd dinner
8:30 bed
We ditched the bottle early so he gets WCM in a cup at mealtimes and is eating solids really well. I aim for 3-4 meals, 1-2 snacks. Some days he only has one nap, especially if we have appointments, but he seems to still need two naps some days. If he does take only one nap it is often 2.5-3 hours. Like yesterday he slept from 1-4 and then went down around 9pm.

His schedule hasn't changed much in the past few months other than his nap getting a little later and he only nurses at bedtime. He's almost 14 months now. At 12 months we usually did this:
6:30-7 wake up/nurse/breakfast
9:30 snack
11:30 ish lunch (sometimes earlier if he was way sleepy)
11:45 ish nap (also sometimes a little earlier. 11:30 was the earliest I put him down though)
2:45 ish wake and snack
5:15 dinner
6:15 bedtime routine starts
7:00 bedtime

@gilmoregirl: you switched to one nap at 12 months? Does that nap has been that long?
persimmon / 1273 posts
@Jass: We switched at 10 months actually. His naps at daycare are much shorter (like 1-1.5) so I think the weekend sleeps are longer to make up for it. Before we went to 1 nap, his naps had shrunk to about 45 minutes.

@Jass: She started really fighting her two naps around 11 months. I was in serious denial because she didn't drop to 2 naps until 9 months and I assumed she'd drop to 1 nap on the later side. I kept waiting and waiting but it just kept getting worse. I was having to rock her to sleep for every nap and she started not wanting to go to bed at night. Just really did not seem tired. So we figured trying 1 nap.... couldn't be worse, right?
It is FABULOUS. I hate to say it, lest I jinx something. But we have had 4 days on 1 nap and it is glorious. She is maybe slightly cranky the hour before nap and bed, but is easily distracted by food. And she has been falling asleep immediately for both nap and bed. She's been sleeping 2.5-3 hours for her nap(!!!!!!!!!!!!) and sleeping fabulously at night. I really hope this is our new normal!
