My almost-4-year old is driving me a little nuts. We’ve struggled with his sleep since birth and worked really hard with a good sleep schedule and routine, dark room, white noise etc. Now he’s in a phase of sleeping approximately 8:45pm-5:30am and then napping an hour in the afternoon. I’ve considered cutting out his nap but he’s so tired at nap I don’t have the heart. Any ideas? Let it go and lower my expectations? Cut the nap? He’s been so cranky recently!
