Mine is scheduled for CD 23! That seems late to me since I have a 25-27 day cycle. I guess I should trust my doc, he knows my cycle length and what CD it will be and he's a great doctor.
But I'm just curious about the the rest of the FET'ers out there. What cycle day was your 5 day FET?

@SweetiePie: Sorry, no experience with this but thought I would bump it for you. I am assuming that it seems a bit late because they are manipulating all your hormones, also I would think they are timing it based on your lining right?!

I'm also not a FETer, but I'm excited for you! I know that when I started injectables, they told me to stop thinking about what I normally do on my own for cycles--the meds change the entire playing field! So strange to go from ovulating around CD 17 to CD 11.

I have no idea! I didn't keep up with what cycle day I was on during my FET or IVF cycle.

I did a fresh transfer, but have no idea what cycle day it was...it was a 5 day transfer, though. Good luck!!!!

I didn't do FET but was your fresh cycle last cycle? I think often the cycle after is long and O happens later! That could be why?

I had a 5 day FET. I did a natural FET cycle so they tracked my natural cycle and let me ovulate on my own. I got a positive OPK on CD 14 and had the ET on CD 21. I typically have a 28 to 30 day cycle. I got a BFP that cycle and am currently 15 weeks pregnant! My RE typically does the ET 7 to 10 days after a positive OPK.

No experience with fet, but if you voiced your concerns and he's still going with his plan, I would assume he knows what he's doing. I agree with a pp that maybe it has to do with the lining of your uterus. Good luck!!!

Thanks for all of the responses! This whole process really is all consuming! It's all I can think about.
@mrswin: @Happygal: That makes me feel better! Yeah I guess that all normalcy goes out the window when you're injecting and inserting drugs every which way 
@spaniellove: I haven't done any transfers yet! Because of the PGD the only option was Frozen. I wish I could have done a fresh 
This is my 2nd cycle, first transfer.
@justdarling: that's interesting! We've never talked about ovulation. He was just doing an ultrasound 2x per week for the last 2-3 weeks. I guess he was probably looking for that? Or maybe that only matters in a fresh cycle?
I honestly have no clue what my body is up to with these drugs!

I totally forgot to take it. I'm so mad and embarrassed. You'd think that if I wanted a baby so badly I'd do all of this right 
I just got so focused on the shot and suppository that I forgot to take the medrol. I took one this morning and my transfer is at 1pm! I was supposed to be taking it since Saturday. I'm waiting for the on call doc to call me back. I'm so afraid!
I did read that medrol isn't a part of every protocol and that it's not proven to really help it "stick"...and that was on my doctors website!. But I'm so scared and mad at myself!

@SweetiePie: I took it during IVF but it's so variable between doctors that I don't think forgetting it will affect anything for you! Please don't let it stress you out - you've done well with implanting on your own and the one you took will just give you an extra boost! Lots of luck today!!!

The nurse called me back and said it's not a big deal, we'll still do the transfer.
I agree, after doing some reading it does look like it's still not totally proven to actually help anything and it's not used by every doctor. Plus, as you said, implanting isn't my issue. So hopefully it was just prescribed as an extra precaution
They'll tell me once I get there if I should continue it after the transfer.

@SweetiePie: I honestly can't remember if I took a steroid. I really don't think so. I remember all the injections, progesterone, antibiotic, but can't remember a steroid. So I'm sure you are just fine!!!

@SweetiePie: I was on a steroid during my FET. It was different than the one you were on but it was a steroid. I missed a few doses and it was no big deal. I'm glad you got a hold of the nurses. Good luck today!!!!

Yet as I type that I'm wondering why they are still making me stab myself with a needle every night and don't they know that progesterone has never been my issue?!?! I guess I'll never stop worrying and wondering.

@SweetiePie: haha I think it's just part of the process for ivf cuz I had to take pio when I had no known progesterone issues either. Maybe it's one of those, hey, Doesn't hurt, might as well, and one day will be like, hey, it's not needed after all. I can tell u that it's been 2.5 years since I started the process and I don't remember the shots anymore!

@tequiero21: Yeah I know it will be well worth it! Right now my tush doesn't think so though! Haha. It's just burning and throbbing.
I am going in for another ultrasound on Monday and I'm going to ask them about alternate injection sites or maybe even switching to more crinone instead. I really have no where else to stick the needle in my bum!

I had no progesterone issues either, and they made me do it too. I was able to switch to a weekly one, though... it hurt like a BITCH, much worse than the daily ones, but I only had to do it once a week.
