@loopedd: I see it!!
@princessandthebee: I'll be doing the same thing this cycle - only temping until around 4dpo-ish. I stress out too much!! FX for you!

Hi everyone!! Just joining this November board now. DH and I were trying over the summer, then took a couple of months off bc my MIL passed away from cancer and we also moved to a new city.
We are finally settled in and just started ttc again. I was feeling frustrated that it didn't happen already over the summer, but my philosophy now is that it will happen when it is supposed to happen. We will get the baby we are supposed to get.
FX for us all!
Estimated O Date: Yesterday or today (Nov 6 or 7) This is my 3rd day of positive OPK
POAS/AF date: Wed Nov. 20th
Cycle: 3rd cycle actively trying
Chart: n/a
Trying new this cycle: We did the SMEP plan this time around. FX! Also, I'm NOT charting this cycle. Using OPKs to pinpoint ovulation. I have a feeling I've stopped BD'ing too early in past cycles. Idk, temp charting after O just made me a little crazy and I'm trying to take a more relaxed approach this time around.
What are you looking forward to this month (not TTC related): My family is taking a trip to Montreal for Thxgiving this year!

@princessandthebee: i have the same problem with temping post O. which is why im also not doing it anymore!! too crazy.
nectarine / 2932 posts
@princessandthebee: I think that's a great idea. I can't decided if I love temping or hate it.
@buttermilk: welcome back! I'm also thinking of taking a month off from temping next month and just taking note of my CM and OPK's. Let us know how it works for you. I'm curious to see if a more laid back approach will help with my anxiety, or if not knowing will make it worse?

@princessandthebee: I stop temping after I get a confirmed O as well. I just read into temp shifts during that TWW way too much and it stresses me out!
nectarine / 2086 posts
@Littlebit: im just looking for anything that will help me take my mind off the tww! temping post O never really told me anything useful anyway.

I've played with different pregnancy test timing calculators, and I think I would like to move my poas date to 11/14 which would put me at 10DPO. It's super early, but pregnancy test were on sale at Target, and they claim you can test 6 days before missed period!

Bah!! THANK YOU ALL for the excitement and making me feel not so crazy!!
HOWEVER - this is just the craziest cycle. This morning's FRER was very clearly a BFN. No amount of squinting would change that! However, still no AF in sight here on CD33.
I will test and test again and keep you all posted!!

@loopedd: Eep! What DPO are you? Maybe it's too early for it to pick it up on the digital. Not out yet!

@scg00387: yes, I finally got them!
But BFN this morning so I'm pretty sure I'm out...

@doxielove: yay, glad I'm not alone in this! FX for you too!
@buttermilk: @Littlebit: Seriously, had no idea it would make me so crazy! I maintain that charting is AMAZING for preventing without hormones, but it's NOT as fun when you are TTC. Every little change/discrepancy makes you crazy!
@whatsarahsaid: Me too, I don't know why I didn't think of this sooner, well I didn't think of it at all, the hubby did, haha. FX for you!

@dc yoga bee: I think 12DPO, though I'm a little spotty on when I actually O'ed, but my best guess is CD21. So I am still keeping my fingers crossed

So I woke up this morning to a temp on the low side (although still above coverline) and spotting. I'm guessing AF is coming to town a day or two early and she'll show up later today. I never have spotting more than a few hours before, so I'm pretty sure I'm out for this month Too bad I can't squeeze in another POAS this month, but it looks like I'll O sometime around the weekend before Thanksgiving.
I'll still be around to be a cheerleader though!

@HLK208: I'm sorry.
@Sprite: Awe man, I really hope it's not AF.

@Sprite: sorry!! FX for next month i had spotting several days before af last month that i really thought was implantation bleeding. never occurred to me that it might be early AF bc my cycles are usually 30-31 and here she showed up at cd 28!!! never happened before i was so bummed. but we werent really trying that month anyway.

I feel like a crazy person, I now have several types of hpts because my "logic" is that surely one of them will give me the answer I am looking for. I am 8dpo and I am itching to test. I am not looking forward to this weekend, we have a pregnant friends filled weekend and I hate being the odd one out. Please tell me someone else has the twisted logic that they just haven't peed on the right stick yet?!
