We're getting married in beginning January, and planning on TTC (our 2nd baby) immediately after. My finance wants a wedding night baby.
I'm just wondering if there's anything I need to before that point in time. I know I'd really like to get the apartment in really good condition the next couple of months, so I won't have to worry about that later.
Also, wondering how far ahead should I stop my birth control.

I would stop bc now if I were you, and use other forms of protection. It took my body a really long time to normalize after being on the pill! I'd also start a prenatal now :). Are you interested in chatting so you know when you ovulate?

Yeah, Id come off the BCP and start charting now so you can time it just right! Also, go on a really good holiday. Are you going on honeymoon?

Ditto on the BCP and prenatal ASAP. I also recommend you read What to expect Before you're expecting and perhaps taking charge of your fertility. Also make sure not to use any lube as most if it kills sperm.

I should have mentioned that I'm already taking a prenatal. 
I never stopped taking it after I had my first baby.
I read What to Expect during my first pregnancy, but I will check out Taking Charge of your Fertility.
I would love to hear more about charting.

Taking Charge of your Fertility will teach you literally everything you need to know about charting. Knowing when you ovulate and all of the signs will give you the best chance in timing it right so that you can be efficient with your baby making ;).
Also, I hope your soon to be husband is joking about the wedding night baby (or at least I hope that's just a "We're so excited and want to have a baby right away" kind of thing) because your wedding night might not correspond with your cycle that way.

Agree with the go off BCP asap. Charting (temping) will give you a really good idea of when you ovulate, so you'll be prepared come January.

@Becksabee: did you read the book WHAT TO EXPECT BEFORE YOURE EXPECTING? it's all about PRE conception. its not the same as What to Expect WHEN youre expecting. just FYI
