I just want to cry. And punch something.
I just want to say that I absolutely loathe the 9 month sleep regression.

I sowry!
We just got through WW 44 with P's sleep being affected from 41.5 weeks to 44.5 weeks. AND she got sick in there. Totally STUNK! Thankfully she's back to going to sleep on her own and only waking a few times as opposed to 6+ times.
Hope your lo gets back to sleeping better soon!

@runsyellowlites: @Mrs. Superhero: And DH is out of town... We're just getting into the thick of it, and it would be great to have some back up!
@caffeinated: I think so... At least we can all commiserate!

@Weagle: I feel ya! I actually do ALL night wakings since DH is the one that works. He's told me plenty of times that he doesn't know how I manage..... I don't either. *yawn*

@runsyellowlites: I do too, but it's at least nice to have DH around... Even if he's sleeping through it

@Weagle: Awww you're so right! ((((Hugs)))) for you! I know I'd be way more of a mess if DH wasn't home, sleeping or not, on the rough nights. I really hope your lo starts sleeping better! Maybe some extra cuddles & a nap together tomorrow?!

I'm right there with you. Between it and wonder weeks and traveling, we've been in sleep hell.

I have a question... We're going through the 4 month regression right now. DS used to be a champion napper and slept through the night, now he wakes every 2 hours at night and only naps for 35 minutes at a time.. Should I even bother with things like "wake to sleep" to try and eliminate the night wakings or extend his naps?

@jetsettermomma: My experience with LO and sleep regressions is that the best plan of attack is to just survive. You'll feel like you may go crazy, and seriously wonder whatever possessed you to have a child in the first place, and then all of a sudden she'll start sleeping again.

@weagle, thanks so much! Good to know it eventually goes back to normal on its own (I hope!).
