Quick HB question?
Do you think DH having a beer or two today will effect sperm count for IUI #2 tomorrow?!?!
He is a HUGE Pats fan and I know would like to enjou the game woth a few. .......

Nope. I think you need to drink a LOT to get your swimmers too drunk to swim
really though, I haven't seen anything showing a few drinks effects male fertility

We were on a cruise when we conceived my daughter and pretty much buzzed 24/7 so it was no issue for us. Unless your husband already has concerns with his sperm I wouldn't worry about it. As a Pats fan myself I say let the man drink

@Silva: Right?!?!? He is such a good DH we are currently at RE office waiting for sperm wash and IUI and he says "Babe think I can have a beer or two today?" Makes me relize he too thinks about every aspect of this journey!!!!

DH and I were drunk when I got KU with this LO, and I've heard many other stories like that. I think a couple beers would be fine!

@FaithFertility: I understand your concern--my RE's office gave us info and recommended that we both abstain from booze during fertility treatments.
With that said, today is a big football game day and I think your husband should enjoy a few beers!

@Happygal: We both do very well with booze I stop having any once I start taking meds, he really cuts back tooo since I don't drink, we both are not big drinkers, but normally enjoy a day/nught out of a few during the week, or a glass of wine at home!!!
