I'm heading out to a family birthday dinner tonight and I plan on just having one glass of wine. I'm in the TWW so I'm really eyeing my temperatures.

I'm curious as to what happens with your BBT temperature after you've had a drink: does it go up a little, go up a lot, go down a little or a lot, or does it stay unaffected? I haven't found clear information anywhere, though it does tend to lean toward raising your temp.
