I believe this is my 3rd PnP thread! Sorry!

So we went to register today and went with most everyone's rec and got the PnP w/napper/changer.

The lady had us super confused about two things though:

1) She said we HAVE to get a separate mattress to go inside the PnP if the baby will sleep in it every night. However, if it has a mattress when in "bassinet" setting (the bottom raised), it'll be too high and the baby can't sleep in there so we have to put it on the bottom! This sort of defeats the purpose as the PnP with raised bottom is close to the height of our bed.

2) She said you CAN'T have the baby sleeping all night in the Rock'n'Play?! We ended up registering for both after all of your recommendations but I swear everyone has the baby sleeping in there and she said it's only for napping... what the heck?
