I faint too... When I get blood drawn, I tell the person doing it, I have to lie down. That helps a lot.

I've fainted when having blood drawn, and about 12 other times from my hypoglycemia. Often after international travel, when I'm worn out and starving. Makes me feel like such a wimp though, I've got to get more on top of my blood sugar so I don't have to go through that again - so embarrassing!

I'm a fainter. I faint from pain. I remember the first time it happened. I was 12 and fell down the stairs. Since then it has happened maybe 20 other times. One time in high school I was in a school bus and somehow jammed my finghe I fainted and fell into the lap if the guy sitting next to me. Imagine how I felt trying to explain why my face was suddenly in his lap.

I'm terrified to go through labor because of the fainting (and the pain). My husband is advocating a natural birth but I just don't see that happening. Luckily I get the final vote.

i've fainted once i think. i was really dehydrated and immediately dropped to the floor and zoned out for a bit, but i dropped to my knees so i didn't hit anything. definitely make sure you're sitting down somewhere not too high so you won't have far to fall.
