I plan on doing 30ds from tomorrow -may 3rd and then I'm doing ripped in 30 from may 4th- June 4th.
That gives me 2 months to perfect this thing! And right in time for my 25th birthday.
I have a goal of 5lbs buta tone of toning and general endurance & stamina building

I was about to start Ripped in 30 so it's kind of the same? I've been waiting until I get over whatever I have (allergies or something) but that should be in the next couple of days.

@swurlygurl: I allow 30 minutes for the 30DS workouts. It's a bit less than that but it's around 30 minutes for me to get the video going, get my shoes on, and all of that.

I've been doing it for a few weeks, but am planning to continue til I hit my goal - 13 more lbs! I mix it up with a long run once or twice a week, but 30DS is definitely my fitness bread and butter these days!

Is anyone else hurting after just 2 days? I feel so good about myself that I'm finally doing something, though I now realize just how out of shape I am. My legs? Ouch! I constantly have to squat and pick stuff up at work. Ouch! But in a good way, I guess? Let's see if I can must the energy and determination to work through the pain tonight for day 3!

Yay! I'm actually not as sore as I thought I would be, but maybe that's because I still haven't made it through the video without stopping. The hardest part for me is the squats while lifting the weights up over my head. I have to put the weights down about halfway through that part!

I started randomly doing 30ds, ripped in 30 and p90x cardio in the last couple of wks in prep for april shred. helped me a bunch to not be sore right now.
i feel good and im looking fwd to getting each day's workout markd off on my calendar! ask me next wk how im feeling tho

just got done with day 6, first day of level 2 (i'm doing 5 days of each level, and then again)
i literally thought there was another circuit when the workout went into cool down mode today. rewound just to make sure i didn't skip over anything.

I am doing 30ds, but started a day late and missed yesterday. But, I am liking it so far! 3 days and I swear I see a difference:) It feels good to do something!

I started a little late because of being sick, then going away for the weekend. I finished level 1, day 4 of Ripped in 30 today. I already feel better. DH and I are also loosely following the meal plan and it seems to be helping as well.
I have two more days on this level and then I'll probably start level 2 on Monday.

digging this out for motivation!
20 days in, and I haven't missed a day!! I've actually only lost 2 pounds (lowest month yet in the past three), but I can see my body changing and feel tighter/stronger!!
